Our bodies are truly remarkable vessels that hold much more than just our physical components. They house an intricate network of energy that acts as a beautiful antenna, receiving and transmitting thousands of signals each day. However, sometimes we may feel stuck or held back, whether it be physically or emotionally. That's where a body scan comes in. By scanning your body and energy field, you can gain insights into what's holding you back and learn how to move forward.

I start each session by noting your name, the date, and time, along with your Chakra body diagram. The Chakras serve as markers that guide me as I scan your body, beginning with the front (right side) and then moving to the back (left side). If any area requires additional attention, it will become apparent during the second scan. While this process can take some time, I find it to be incredibly valuable and record the time at the end of the session for reference.

At the end of each Body Scan Reading, I like to conclude with a thought-provoking question that Spirit wants you to ponder as if it were your own. I then draw three cards unique to your reading, each one offering a distinct perspective and message. It never fails to amaze me how these cards reveal answers and insights that are deeply meaningful and relevant to your situation.

I refer to this final part of the reading as "a wrap-up." It represents the culmination of the reading, bringing together all the elements and providing a sense of closure. As I interpret the cards and convey their meanings, I aim to help you see, understand, and articulate the messages that Spirit is sending your way.
